Beensprout is a travel and lifestyle platform designed to bring everything you need for your journey into one place. From discovering restaurants and booking hotels to exploring local attractions, finding activities, and arranging transportation, Beensprout aims to make it easier for people to discover and experience the world around them.
The Beensprout Partners Console is a dedicated platform for businesses that want to become part of this ecosystem. Whether you operate a restaurant, hotel, resort, tour company, attraction, transportation service, or another travel-related business, the Partners Console is being developed to help you manage your business presence on Beensprout.
Before opening the platform to a wider audience, we're inviting a select group of merchants in the Philippines to participate in our Closed Beta Program.
As an early participant, you'll have the opportunity to explore the Partners Console, experience its available features, and share feedback that will help shape the future of our platform.
Participation is completely free of charge. In return, we ask that selected merchants actively explore the platform, share honest feedback, and help us identify opportunities for improvement.
Together, we can build a better way for businesses to connect with travelers, local communities, and customers.
Who Can Apply?
We're looking for established food and beverage businesses in the Philippines that are interested in exploring new ways to manage and grow their business through technology.
To qualify for the closed beta program, your business must meet the following requirements:
- Registered business in the Philippines — Your business must be legally registered in the Philippines.
- Established customer base — Your business should serve at least 25 customers per day.
- Physical business location — Your business must operate from a physical establishment.
- Customer capacity — Your establishment must be able to accommodate at least five customers at a time.
- Food and beverage business — Your business must serve food, beverages, or both.
Participation in the closed beta is subject to review and approval by the Beensprout team. Meeting the eligibility requirements does not guarantee acceptance into the program.
What Can You Expect?
The Partners Console is being developed to help businesses establish and manage their presence within the Beensprout ecosystem.
Our long-term vision is to create a connected platform where users can discover and access the services they need throughout their journeys, while businesses have a dedicated space to manage their offerings.
Depending on the business category and available functionality, the platform may support different workflows for businesses such as restaurants, accommodations, attractions, activity providers, and other travel-related services.
Account owners will be able to create and manage store categories based on their business needs, with each category supporting its own set of features and workflows. This approach allows Beensprout to accommodate different business models rather than limiting the platform to a single industry.
As a beta participant, you'll have the opportunity to:
- Explore the available Partners Console features.
- Set up and manage your business presence on the platform.
- Discover how Beensprout can support your business category.
- Share ideas for features that could improve your operations.
- Help us identify issues and refine the overall user experience.
Because the platform is still under development, some features may be incomplete, change during testing, or become available in future releases. We'll communicate the functionality available to participants during onboarding.

Terms and Conditions
By participating in the closed beta program, merchants agree to the following conditions.
1. Beta Access
Access to the Partners Console is provided for testing and evaluation purposes. The platform is still under development, and features, functionality, and availability may change without prior notice.
2. Active Participation
Participants are expected to make a reasonable effort to explore the platform and provide constructive feedback throughout the program.
3. Confidentiality
Participants must not publicly disclose non-public beta features, confidential product information, or materials shared by Beensprout without prior authorization.
4. Platform Use
Participants must comply with Beensprout's applicable usage guidelines and instructions provided during the program.
5. Availability and Limitations
The Partners Console may experience bugs, interruptions, incomplete functionality, or data-related issues during testing. Participants should not rely on beta functionality as their sole means of conducting essential business operations and should maintain appropriate records independently.
6. Changes to the Program
Beensprout may update the program guidelines or discontinue the beta program when necessary. Where reasonably practicable, participants will be notified of material changes.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Beensprout will not be liable for losses or damages arising from participation in the beta program or the use of beta features, including service interruptions, errors, or incomplete functionality. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Additional terms may apply and will be communicated to participants where appropriate.
What Happens When the Beta Ends?
The closed beta program is a testing phase ahead of a potential wider release of the Partners Console.
Participants will be notified when the program is scheduled to conclude and will receive information about any next steps.
Depending on the platform's readiness and final release arrangements, participants may be invited to continue using the Partners Console after the beta period. Any transition arrangements, including the handling of business information and account access, will be communicated in advance.
Participation in the closed beta does not guarantee continued access to every beta feature or uninterrupted access to the platform after the program ends.
